How do I create an account?
Download Vast Pacifica from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email address. You'll need to confirm you're 18 or older and agree to our Terms of Service to get started.
How does matching work?
Browse profiles in your Discover feed and swipe right to like or left to pass. When two people like each other, it's a match! You can then start messaging each other.
What is Vast Pacifica Premium?
Premium is our subscription service ($9.99/month) that unlocks exclusive features: see who liked you, unlimited swipes, weekly profile boosts, upload up to 10 photos, and family lineage comparison.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the Premium section, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep Premium benefits until the end of your current billing period.
How do I verify my profile?
Go to your Profile and tap "Verify Profile." You'll be asked to take a selfie that matches your profile photos. Verified profiles get a badge and are more trusted by other users.
Why was my photo rejected?
All photos are automatically scanned for inappropriate content. Photos containing nudity, violence, or explicit material are blocked. Please upload appropriate photos that show your face clearly.
How do I report or block someone?
In a chat, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner to find options to Unmatch, Block, or Report. You can also report users from their profile page. Blocked users won't be able to see you or contact you.
What is the Family Lineage feature?
Family Lineage lets you map your ancestral connections across the Pacific. Premium members can compare their lineage with potential matches to discover shared cultural heritage.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data, matches, and messages. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts may be suspended for violating our Community Guidelines, such as uploading inappropriate content, harassment, or fraudulent behavior. If you believe this was a mistake, please contact us at vastpacifica@gmail.com.
